Beach Vacation Getaway  began the moment we saw A Gathering Place in Newport, Oregon. We knew it was the perfect place for the vacation rental we wanted to create. We’ve always had this idea of a large, inviting home with a spectacular view of the ocean as a restful, calm place. We love offering this home for vacation rental because we feel so connected to it and want to share it and its beauty with those who want to come together and gather, no matter what the occasion.

Having worked in the service industry for 30+ years, we know how important it is to anticipate what someone might want when renting or leasing a home. Our primary focus is making our home is inviting, comfortable, and user friendly. It’s important to us to know you and your guests had a good time while renting and not only want to return but want to tell your friends.

Our short term rental home is stocked with everything you’d need at a vacation home, from linens and towels to a fully equipped kitchen ( toasters, blenders, hand mixers, pop-corn popper, microwave, and more.) Plenty of pillows, blankets, sheets are available, plus big laundry rooms.  We learn from our guests and invite you to tell us what you’d like if we don’t have something you want.
