Rates for A Gathering Place are as follows:

Special Rate for Winter

  • Special winter rate of $275 per night for 2 nights or longer, for up to 10 people.
  • This rate Excludes holidays and local festivals.

January-March 31: 

  • New Winter Rate: $279.00 for weeknights &  $299.00 on weekends.
  • 2 night minimum.
  • Rate excludes holidays and local festivals.
  • Weekly rates for off-season(above months) are $1800.00.

April and May  Rates:  $300.00 weekdays and $350.00 weekends with a 2 night minimum.  Weekly rate is $1,900.00.  Rate not available for Holidays and Local Festivals.

June, July, August Rates:

  • We offer a Special Discount of $100.00 on our Summer Weekly Rates if you book your stay before March 1.  Mention this discount if booking before and we will subtract $200.00 off your rental rate.
  • We rent by the week only in the summer months.  Weekly rentals begin on Friday or Saturday at 4 p.m.
  • June Rate is $2600.00 for a week.
  • July Rate is $2800.00 for a week
  • August Rate is $2800.00 for a week
  • After March 1, we no longer offer the special discount on summer rates.
  • All rates are based on 10 people.  Additional people are at $25.00 per person per night.
  • Special Weekly Rates  exclude holidays and local festivals.

  Please add: cleaning $200.00, hot-tub cleaning $55.00 and 10% Oregon tax to all rates. 

 Rate for Memorial Weekend is $450.00 per night with a 3 night minimum

September -December 31, our average rate is $275.00 for weeknights and $350.00 for weekend nights for up to 10 people.  This rate excludes Holidays, Local Festivals and Local Events.

Holiday Rates

  • $450 per night
  • 3 night minimum for up to 10 people.

Additional Notes:

  • Rates are for up to 10 people. Additional people are at $25 per person, per night.
  • Rates are subject to change, but not after you are booked.
  • No pets allowed. Pets on the property can cause a loss of your security deposit.
  • No smoking. Smoking in the house can result in loss of your security deposit.
  • A $500 security deposit is required. It is fully refundable if there is no loss, damage, or violation of our agreement.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and personal check (please make checks out to A Gathering Place LLC).
